By accessing and using PixelPad Pro, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
You own your art. Any image, animation, or project created by you using the PixelPad Pro web application is 100% your intellectual property. You are free to use your creations for personal, educational, or commercial purposes (including selling games, assets, or NFTs containing your art) without providing any credit or royalties to PixelPad Pro.
PixelPad Pro runs entirely in your web browser. We do not save your projects to a cloud database. It is your sole responsibility to frequently export and save your `.pxl` project files or exported images to your local hard drive. We are not responsible for any loss of art or data due to browser crashes, cleared cache, or accidental page reloads.
The PixelPad Pro application is provided for free. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the source code of our editor and host it on your own domains as a competing service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right.
